After Action report
Sept 30, 2025
Once again, it’s too bad you missed it! This time we discussed everything from soup to nuts - well, nothing about soup but certainly everything else. Tonight’s topics included toilet paper, passwords, Club Log invitations, Flex Radio, pirate operations, South America, 146.52 MHz, Jim Haney (SK), contesting, woods, QRP, name badges, the IOTA Bash (also SK), lottery tickets, inflation, nuts, boring stories, forest rangers, vans, omens, VU4, college football and the NIL, Astros (just wait ‘til next year!), bums (use your imagination), handy talkies, equipment repair, wagering on sports, arthritis, amplifiers, Belton, boat anchors, things that go boom, and a very interesting and electrifying conversation about power lines. No one wanted to leave early, that’s for sure!
Plan on attending October’s gathering. It’s on October 28th (always the last Tuesday, except when it isn’t), 6p in the bar at Los Reyes Mexican Grill, Lake Creek Parkway and US 183.
73 and 88,
Madison W5MJ
