VASCM: Meeting Tomorrow at Zayante Vineyards

If you plan on attending the VASCM meeting tomorrow at Zayante 
Vineyards, please note:

- Please wear CLEAN shoes.  This vineyard is on its own rootstock.  You 
are requested to not track in dirt from other vineyards - a routine 
precaution to ward against phylloxera.  

- We are short of chairs, so please bring your own folding chair.

Hello, Everyone:

It's time to have a meeting!  We haven't had one in quite awhile.  So 
let's convene and catch up on everything:

Next VASCM Meeting Wednesday, May 2, 3:30-5:30:  Spring Program in the 
Vineyard.
At Zayante Vineyards (directions below)  

The discussion will focus on the Spring regimen and look forward to the 
coming few months, including nutrient sprays and disease management. 
 Local vineyardists will share their programs and advice, including Rick 
Anzalone, Ron Mosley, and Prudy Foxx.  

Newsletters will be in the mail shortly.  The Vine Talk column is

 From Los Gatos on highway 17:

Take highway 17 north to Bear Creek Rd.
Turn left on Summit Road.
Turn Right on Upper Zayante Road and travel about 4.5 miles.
Turn Right on Old Mount Road and follow our signs.
