VASCM: SCM AVA petition process

Hi all.

We have a little vineyard in Los Altos Hills that produces top quality 
Pinot Noir.  Unfortunately, it was edged out of the Santa Cruz 
Mountains AVA by the strange zig-zags that the boundary takes as it 
goes down the peninsula.  We would love to become "Official Santa Cruz 
Mountain Vintners" and are looking for someone to hire to help navigate 
the legal and bureaucratic red-tape of the petition process.  Any 
recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
