VASCM: Merlot Grapes for Sale

Hi folks I got the following message about Healdsburg grapes for 
sale.  These folks just acquired the property.

Details:

We have 6 acres of Merlot grapes planted in 1995 and last year produced 30 
Tons. Our property is on Dry Creek Road in Healdsburg in Sonoma county. We 
also produce Chardonnay and Pinot Noir which are already sold and harvested.

We have a professional vineyard management company that has been in charge 
of the property for years. Mitch Patin, of Patin Vineyard Management, Inc. 
has the reputation of being one of the best in the county. He personally 
oversees our property and would be available to meet and discuss any 
aspects of the vineyard.
