[Score-database] CQ-M line scores

     I just loaded 11 years of CQ-M Contest line scores, for a total of just 
over 5,000 records.  And interesting aspect of this contest is that the 
published results include separate country breakdowns for each "Republic" 
in the Russian Federation (i.e. "Republic of Udmurtia", "Republic of Karelia",
etc.) and treats the "Autonomous Republic of Crimea" as separate from the
rest of the Ukraine.  I added appropriate sections in the Sections table
based on a summary I found at AD1C's web site:
