[Score-database] CQWW line scores

The folks at PDFLib have a product in beta known as TET, which is a text
extractor for PDF files.  While it is in beta, there seems to be no charge.
The beta period is scheduled to end in June 2005.  Windows, Linux and Mac
are available.
