[DEMI] DEM 222-28 assembly problems

I was planning on spending my holiday time off assembling my christmas
present to myself, a DEM 222-28 transverter kit. However, the board and
the diagram included in the instructions aren't matching up. I first
noticed it when putting components on the bottom of the board. Now I'm
3 parts into the top of the board and having problems. After trying to
find the spot for a chip capacitor without any luck, I tried to see if
the spots for the relays were correct. Well, neither relay K1 or K 2
fits in a spot even close to where the diagram says they should be. As
a matter of fact, I can't find a spot for them at all.

On the top of the board the spots for 13.8vdc and "ant" are not the same
as the diagram. I could go on.

I'm thinking I either got the wrong board, or there has been revisions
and either the board or the diagram is an earlier version. Has anyone
else noticed these problems? I assembled a TIB and didn't have any
problems. However, that was a much simpler kit.

I hope someone out there can help. DEM is closed until after the 1st
and I'd really like to work on this kit.

TIA & 73,

Jeff WB5YWI
