[DEMI] 2304-144 TX relay +R TC board (update)

Guess I'll reply myself.  Got the +R working.  The problem itself was
minor, but I was surprised that the documentation did not explain that
the diode D2 is not required on the TC board if you are using  TTL H for
keying.  I simply removed D2 and installed a jumper there connecting the
collector of Q1 to D5.  After this K3 was pulling in and I had my +27V
open circuit to the antenna  relay as per the instructions.  Now I just
need a local sched for a real test!  see you on the bands -
