[CTxDSstar] Texas net on Tuesday at 8pm

K5CTX^^B and W5HAT^^B will be linked to the Texas net each Tuesday by
crond.  Sysadmins, you can add lines to your crontab to unlink your
module at 7:58 PM (19:58) and link it at 7:59 PM (19:59).  Change
link-b to link-a or link-c if necessary:
