[Boringiss] Passes

First off, I am sorry that these passes were assigned.  I figured
that times during the school day were what we asked for.  

I don't believe that doing it in the middle of the night or before
school opens is what we had in mind.  We have full participation
planned with the school and would like to keep our "promise" to
the kids to have them all be involved.

Kerry - please do all you can to help us get a schedule near the
end of February.  The passes look very good during that time for
sevearl weeks - with several passes per day - so we should have good
flexibility on the ISS end.

Please keep us up to date.
