[Boringiss] Update - ISS QSO

Just about done with the trip to Asia.  Will be home Wednesday
although it might take a day or two to recover.

I have been looking at the ISS pass information and it doesn't 
appear to me that the week of January 28th is going to work for
the schedule - unless we do it around 2 AM.  

Kerry will probably update us soon (I hope, I have not heard
anything from him since last Friday).  It looks to me that a
3 or 4 week delay will put the passes near the middle of the 
day.  In many cases, there are 3 passes / day that would work,
so we sould have some flexibility.  

Almost all of the passes are about 10 or 11 minutes long.  

I understand things are happening at the school - maybe Connie
can give a brief summary.
