Here is my plan for Friday:

8:15 (or soon thereafter) arrive at Deep Creek.

8:15 to 10:20 - Setup

10:20 - "start" of dry run (students show up). Each student will be
asked to recite their question as they arrive. Connie - can you, or
someone from the school handle having them in some kind of order and
help with traffic. Maybe Mrs. Culolias can do this.

10:30 - dry run with fake Neil Armstrong on the radio (W7EW?) This
will be done in 10 minutes or less. Neil will ask them to speak up
if he can't hear them. Once he can hear them, he will give them
positive feedback and tell them what a great question that is.

10:40 - dry run completed. We can do a Q&A if anyone has questions
about the setup.

The 89.5 megaHertz transmitter will be on the air during this time,
and it would be good for a few people to listen to it to make sure
they can hear both sides of the conversation.

After the dry run, we will take down the antennas and store them
somewhere. This will probably take about 30 minutes.

Again (for the hams) - please let me know if you can make it. I
know Rob is going to be there, and Paul is bringing the antenna
supports.

Directions to Deep Creek - take Highway 212 east from I205 towards
Mt. Hood. You will go about 8 miles to 232nd (which is the first
light after Damascus). Turn right and Deep Creek is down about a
half mile on the left. You can park in the parking lot and walk
to the back of the building (near the play structures) and you
should find us under the covered area.
