[Boringiss] Audio to classrooms

I went ahead and ordered a small FM Stereo transmitter to solve the
audio in the classroom problem.  This will allow much higher quality 
sound than using the PA system.  It will just require each classroom
to have a FM receiver to pick it up.  

Given the great hilltop location of the school - half of Boring might 
be able to pick it up as well!  We will have to run some tests and
if the coverage is good - we can encourage everyone to listen in.
