Something like W/NE means it will be coming from the west and
leaving in the northeast. The single digit is the duration of
the pass (minutes). In some cases, it is pretty short because it will
go into the earth's shadow. The final number is the maximum
elevation (90 degrees is straight up).
That pass on Sunday at 6:11 PM will be very nice. It will go
almost overhead.
These are as good as it gets and it looks like we are running into
some clear weather as well.
These times are LOCAL - so no conversion necessary.
